QUOTES
Quotes are based on the information you provide - if your requirements change beyond the scope of the work that has been originally quoted we reserve the right to add further costs - we will inform you of this before any charges are made.

PAYMENT - WEDDING STATIONERY
For orders using existing designs (or with minor changes made - including a change in colour scheme and adding your own details) an initial payment of 50% of the order value is payable before work starts. The remaining 50% is payable before any items or final artwork files are released for use.
For bespoke orders the full design fee is payable before any work begins. Once the designs are finalised full payment for printed items needs to be made. 
Payment can be made by bank transfer (details will be provided) or through PayPal (a PayPal Request will be sent by email). All prices are correct at time of publishing. Any delays in payment may hold up the process and result in you having to wait longer to receive proofs or printed items.

For branding and design bookings, 50% of the design fee is payable before any work begins. Once the designs are finalised the remaining 50% of the design fee is to be made before any items are printed or final artwork files are released for use. Full payment for any printed items needs to be made before they are printed.

OWNERSHIP OF DESIGN
All designs remain the property of Alison Boote Design. If a bespoke design is created, Alison Boote Design retains ownership of that design. This design can be used for marketing purposes and can then be offered to future clients. If you wish your design to remain in use exclusively for you please let us know, as an additional fee will apply. 

PROOFS
Proofs will be supplied digitally. Hard copy proofs can be supplied at an additional cost. Every effort will be made to make sure the colours and appearance of final items is as expected. However colours can appear slightly different on proofs (in particular digital proofs) than on final products due to the nature of print production. You are responsible for ensuring that all details are correct on your items - this includes layout, wording, spellings and event details. We will always try our very best to ensure no errors are made but once you have approved your digital proofs we can not take any responsibility for any errors that may have been missed. Once you have approved your proofs they will be prepared to send to print. Any changes made after the approval will incur additional amendment costs and reprint charges may apply.

WIN £50 TO SPEND ON WEDDING STATIONERY COMPETITION
Entry is made by commenting "win" on the Facebook or Instagram post. Competition closes midnight 31st October 2017. One winner will be selected at random from either social media platform and notified through Facebook and/or Instagram. The £50 credit can be used against purchases from the collections or towards bespoke design work quoted on an individual basis. It can also be used for any on-the-day print items. An order will need to be placed before 31st December 2017 to claim the prize. £50 will then be deducted from the costs. The prize cannot be transferred to other people and cannot be used towards decor prints or any other items apart from wedding stationery.

10% OFF SHOW BOOKINGS
10% discount is offered against all new bookings at wedding shows when we are running this offer. The discount can be applied to invitations, invitation packages and any on-the-day items. The discounted order is secured with a non refundable deposit of £20 paid on the day. This can be paid in cash or by bank transfer if made the same day. We will take as many details as we can about your order and will send an email confirming your order and the total costs owed within 2 working days. Once you receive the confirmation email you will have 7 days to pay the balance due before the 10% discount is lost.
