HOW IT STARTED

Charlotte had worked in the mental health field for many years and had an extensive wealth of knowledge and expertise. She had decided to take the plunge and set up her own business focussing on helping others with their mindset. Anyone who knows Charlotte knows what a power house of energy she is and it was no surprise that her business grew very quickly going from strength to strength. The problem was that her branding wasn’t keeping up with this pace and in fact she felt it was starting to hold her back from the opportunities that were out there. She had started to feel that it looked very ‘homemade’. She felt embarrassed by her branding and as she had moved into high performance coaching her branding did not give this impression at all.

WHAT WE DID

It was really important to get across Charlotte’s energy. But it was also important to keep a real feel of clarity as clients would often approach Charlotte when they were feeling overwhelmed and anxious - so it needed to be clear and approachable. She had already been using a lovely sunny yellow in her branding and we knew we needed to keep this as it said so many of the things that we wanted to get across - joy, happiness, positivity.

Using fresh white and some soft neutrals alongside really helped elevate the feel of the branding and position Charlotte more inline with the vision she had and where she wanted to take her business.

We developed a beautiful logo suite with subtle details that supported the ideas of high performance, improvement, energy, positivity. And using her brand book Charlotte had a new photoshoot which really helped bring everything to life. We had brought in yellow buttercups to the branding as they symbolise joy, happiness and new beginnings. They also symbolise organisation and neatness which supports a lot of the clarity that Charlotte brings to he clients. They have a fun childlike connection and are very down to earth, accessible and something people relate to - all attributes that fit comfortably with Charlotte.

AND THE RESULTS...

After launching her branding Charlotte was inundated with so many messages and comments saying how her branding was “so you”. She felt much more confident in moving forward and is continuing to go from strength to strength.
