Sarah Giles - Confidence & Mindset Coach
HOW IT STARTED
Sarah had left behind a 15 year career in HR. During that time, low self confidence had left her feeling overwhelmed and frustrated watching some of the bolder, bigger characters progress in their careers. Sarah didn’t want to change who she was so she did it all her own way and still reached the leadership roles by staying true to herself. But when she got to the top she realised that it was no longer what she wanted and she just didn’t love it anymore.
She left her job and took her skills into coaching, training as an NLP Practitioner and Breakthrough Coach. She felt she had been standing on the sidelines for years and now wanted to help other women with their confidence and mindset to know that they can do it their way whether in their own businesses or in their corporate careers - they can still achieve their goals.
When Sarah came to me she was in the early stages of business and just didn’t feel happy with her branding. She had tried to do it herself but felt it was holding her back because she didn’t feel it looked professional and didn’t truly reflect what she was all about.
WHAT WE DID
Sarah has such a calm, friendly and elegant manner and it was really important to get this across in her branding so people would know what kind of person she was from the off. The clients Sarah was looking to attract would already likely be feeling overwhelmed so it was also a big thing to keep things really clean, clear and minimal so as not to add to all the noise they were probably already experiencing and feeling.
Sarah’s colour palette was carefully selected to get across all the qualities we wanted to reflect. White was a big part of it alongside some neutral calming taupe shades. This was set against a beautiful vibrant electric blue. We wanted to find the balance of the calm and quiet colours alongside the professional, positive and confident blue. It was really important to get this balance right to achieve the elegant sophisticated feel we were looking to achieve. A delicate art deco style line pattern was incorporated into the brand to add to this feeling of professional elegance.
Sarah took her new brand strategy to her brand photographer (Donna Slater), who helped bring her brand to life even more by creating a stunning set of images that fitted perfectly with her branding.
AND THE RESULTS...
“I am now 100% confident with my branding and feel it truly reflects everything I wanted.”
“I now feel confident going out there and reaching more of my ideal clients.”
“I’ve had messages from people to say how my new branding is ‘so me’ which makes me really happy.”
