HOW IT STARTED

After 15 years running her family estate agency, Sarah was ready to build something of her own - an independent, high-end, online estate agency based in Richmond upon Thames. She brought deep expertise in property and lettings and a reputation for exceptional service.

But without a high street presence, Sarah needed her brand to work much harder. It had to feel luxurious, personal and professional - something that instantly reassured clients (including high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and celebrities) that they were in safe, experienced, and discreet hands. She wanted the brand to act as a shopfront and set the tone for everything from client meetings to the welcome packs arriving through letterboxes.

She came to me after seeing the quality and clarity of my work with other businesses and needed a brand that could reflect her own level of service and standards.

WHAT WE DID

We created a complete visual identity to reflect the level of warmth, trust, and professionalism Sarah is known for - while aligning with the lifestyle and expectations of her ideal clients.

Alongside a refined logo suite, brand pattern, colour palette, and typography system, we included print-specific versions of key assets, knowing how important physical touchpoints would be in Sarah’s brand experience.

To ensure the printed materials matched the digital experience, we carried out print colour testing and worked closely on selecting the right paper stocks and finishes. From her business cards to personalised letters, greetings cards, and brochures - everything needed to feel high-end, intentional, and personal.

We also developed Canva templates and a detailed Brand Book that made it easy to hand over the brand to other collaborators - from her social media team to the company building her website (a specialist estate agent platform). They were able to implement everything without needing additional input - keeping it all seamless and saving Sarah valuable time.

With no physical office to showcase, Sarah’s brand became the presence that clients encountered first - and it made an instant impact.
