Not all networking has to happen in busy rooms
Running a business from home can sometimes feel a little solitary. There are some great networking spaces out there but travelling, busy rooms and new places just aren’t for everyone.
We follow each other’s work, watch stories and interact online - but we don’t always take the time to actually talk.
So once a week I open one 30-minute slot for a relaxed virtual conversation. No travelling. No struggling to find a parking space. No getting dressed up - dressing gowns welcome!
No agenda.
No sales pitches.
Just an actual chat with a person (who isn’t AI).
We might talk about business, branding, creative ideas, the juggle of work and life - or even share recommendations for a good National Trust day out.
Open Door Chats are simply a chance to connect with another business owner for a friendly conversation.
When the weekly seat is booked, the door closes until the following week.
What this isn’t…
Open Door Chats are not sales calls and there’s no pressure.
They’re simply a space for connection.
No sales pitches.
No timeshares.
No awkward networking energy.
If we’re a good fit for collaborations or referrals then great - I’m always looking to expand my network.
But I’m not looking to be sold to.
A phone number isn’t required - our Open Door chat will take place on Zoom.
